When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacturing and the delivery (free of charge) take 20 to 30 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the products.
How can I track my package?
A tracking number is automatically issued when your package is dispatched. Visit our "Tracking parcels" page with this number.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum purchase quantity and all our deliveries are free of charge. In order to satisfy all orders, we deliver from several warehouses around the world.
My order is not complete
If your order contains several items, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses, they can be sent separately. Don't worry, your package will arrive soon.
I have not received my package
Thanks to our secure delivery service, KnifeMarkt takes care of the formalities for you. We take full responsibility for a lost or damaged package by placing a new order at our expense.
Can I change my order?
It is possible to modify your order during processing. Once you have received a tracking number and a shipping confirmation, the order is then handed over to our delivery service provider and we no longer have the possibility to modify it.
Can I cancel my order?
It is entirely possible to cancel your order. However, if the order is already being processed, a refund can be made once the package is returned to the sender.

I would like to return an item
We can only accept a return in the case of a proven product defect. Our articles are subject to very strict quality controls before each shipment.
However, if your products have a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product concerned (in the original packaging if possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
